Mach Launches the Mach Nexus at FIRA USA in Salinas, CA

Salinas, CA - August 31, 2023 - Mach, at the forefront of autonomous technology solutions, is gearing up to present its most recent and revolutionary innovation, the Mach Nexus, at FIRA USA on September 19-21 in Salinas, CA. This introduction of the Mach Nexus marks a significant achievement in Mach's journey towards autonomy, specifically catering to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

The Mach Nexus is one of the only products in the market that uses a multi-channel communication solution to improve safety and optimal performance. The hardware integrates Wi-Fi, LTE, and a radio telematics gateway with a powerful ECU into a single rugged design allowing the system to optimize for the strongest connection, and ensures redundancy for safety precautions.

Developed for off-road agricultural, construction and industrial machines, it provides onboard processing and secure connectivity for applications in a wide range of scenarios, such as tractors, ISOBus implements, loaders, skid steers and more. Equipped with a cloud-based management platform, it offers over-the-air (OTA) updates and security, as well as in-field online or offline machine to machine networking and monitoring for autonomous control, logistics, and asset tracking.

Mach will also have on display the Mach Perception, which provides a rugged high performance stereo vision platform capable of running proprietary Mach or client specific neural networks. Mach’s pre-built functionality includes obstacle detection, row following, and vision based odometry. With optional radar or lidar sensor fusion, Mach Perception is designed to function efficiently in a wide range of harsh environments, making it ideal for agricultural, construction and industrial applications.

Mach Nexus and Perception will assist in labor and safety in many industries. Automating fleets and operations can lead to substantial increases in efficiency and productivity while creating safer and more enjoyable work environments for employees, resulting in less turnover.

“Most of the hardware we develop is because we cannot find an off-the-shelf solution that meets the unique requirements of off-road autonomy. Nexus was created to solve those challenges related to communication systems and provide a comprehensive and safe platform for redundant reliable vehicle communications.”

Mach extends an open invitation to all attendees of FIRA to visit booth 23 to experience firsthand the possibilities that the Mach Nexus and Perception unlock for off-road automation. Members of the executive leadership team will be available for interviews, and the Nexus and Perception will be on display at the iVT Expo. The event will serve as a testament to the company's commitment to driving technological advancements and propelling the future of autonomous solutions.
